Hannah Johansen – Pre and Postnatal Personal Trainer
Hannah is a personal trainer specialising in strength training, postnatal exercise and core rehabilitation. She is deeply passionate about supporting mums to better understand their bodies, find time for themselves and build back strength and confidence.
Hannah works closely with Magdalena to ensure all exercises are safe, effective, and tailored to each mum’s postnatal recovery.
Hannah runs small group postnatal strength classes (Mum+) at Gather Training in Greenwich during term time. The 6-week programme promotes safe progression of exercise at an individual pace and the focus on functional resistance work is ideal training for the demands of daily mum life. Babies are welcome from 2-10 months.
Hannah also offers 1-1 and 1-2 PT sessions at home or in studio. She works Monday-Friday during school hours.

Currun Singh - Osteopath, Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
Currun is a highly qualified osteopath who helps people overcome persistent pain and recurring injuries – so they can feel more confident in their body and get back to doing what they love.
His treatment approach combines hands-on techniques like gentle joint movements, assisted stretching, and massage with movement-based rehab to improve posture, mobility, and strength.
Currun began his career in the NHS at an integrated musculoskeletal and physiotherapy clinic. He went on to work at a private women’s health clinic, where he not only supported women through injury and recovery, but also ended up treating their partners, children, and family members.
Before training as an osteopath, Currun spent 15 years as a humanitarian worker in conflict zones with organisations like Doctors Without Borders, Oxfam, and the Red Cross.
