We accept all major debit/credit cards and bank transfers as forms of payment.
If you would like to purchase one of our packs, payment via bank transfer during your appointment is required.
We strive to deliver excellent clinical care to you and the rest of our patients. We request that you please give us 48 hours’ notice in the event that you cannot attend your scheduled appointment slot. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient.
Missed appointments, or any appointment changed, moved or cancelled for any reason with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged the full cost of the appointment fee. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to deliver your full appointment slot time, but please bear in mind this may not be possible and your full appointment fee will still stand.
